Husband Snatching Among Nollywood Actresses, Is A Curse Or Game?

Actresses
Some might question me for writing this piece owing to insinuations by some actresses in Nollywood who have labelled me as ‘Nollywood marriage destroyer’. But those who know me too well will testify to the fact that I am not always happy with controversies in Nollywood marriages.
I’m just compelled to write about this issue now because Nollywood seems to derive joy in giving the entertainment industry in Nigeria a bad name.
Happenings in Nollywood, especially about marriages of actresses, give me worries a lot. To those who see me as one of the most ‘hated’ and ‘wanted’ journalists in Nollywood, I will advise you to see the ‘sense’ in my ‘nonSense’.

Apostle Johnson Suleiman Profesies Calamities in 2013

They sent it to me and insisted I share with this blog readers. It's from Apostle Johnson Suleiman, the
founder and senior pastor of Omega Fire Ministries Worldwide. See it below...

These are not prophecies given out of personal interest or animosity but are direct words from the Holy spirit. If prayers are made negative prophecies can be averted.
1.      House of Representative to lose some members to death, prayers needed
2.      Alhaji Bamanga Tukur will be the last united PDP Chairman, as there will be great in-fighting in PDP.
3.      There will be major boom and breakthrough in the agriculture this year
4.      CNN will lose major staff.
5.      Nollywood will keep losing people unless prayers are made and repentance; Many have gone fetish and there is high rate of immorality. I see three major stars dying this year unless prayers are made.

OBJ and GEJFresh facts have emerged as to the posibble origins of the purported rift between former president Olusegun Obasanjo and incumbent, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan. PRESIDENCY 2015: ITS THE RIGHT TIME FOR THE INDIGBO--ROCHAS

It is about time our generation steps out boldly to spearhead this great call and rightful constitutional, moral, political and social demand for a Nigerian President of Igbo extraction come 2015.

One of the greatest factors we have going for us is that we are pursuing an idea which time has not only come, but long overdue. This makes more meaning if you contemplate the fact that Victor Hugo said, and I quote: ‘’There is no army or force that can defeat an idea which time has come’’. In view of the fact that the question of Nigerian President of Igbo extraction is an idea which time is long overdue, no matter how difficult the task ahead may look, the spirit that guided Nnamdi Azikiwe, Michael Okpara, Alvan Ikoku, Mbonu Ojike, and Eni Njoku in risking their lives to liberate this very nation will guide us. I also pray that the spirit that guided George Washington, Nelson Mandela, Mahatma Gandhi, Mother Theresa, Aminu Kano, King Jaja of Opobo, Ken Saro-Wiwa and Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu-all who fought for the enthronement of truth and the liberation of man from man’s oppression will also guide us.

Farouk Lawan: Festus Keyamo Gives Police One-Week Ultimatum

Lagos lawyer Festus Keyamo has threated to personally commence the prosecution of Representative Farouk Lawan and his cohorts in the House of Representatives if the police fail to arraign them before a court of law in the next one week.
In a statement today, Keyamo recalled that it is over six months the scandal broke regarding the collection of $620,000 US dollars by Lawan from businessman Femi Otedola in order to doctor his Committee’s report relating to the fuel subsidy scam probe by the House.
“After collecting the money, (which he did not deny collecting), Farouk Lawan actually stood up on the floor of the House and performed the act for which he collected the money,” the statement said.
“As for Otedola, I have made my position VERY CLEAR from the beginning that HE COMMITTED NO OFFENCE AT ALL. A MAN WHO REPORTS AN ATTEMPT AT A CRIME TO THE AUTHORITIES AND PLAYS ALONG TO CATCH THE OFFENDER, COMMMITS NO CRIME. EVEN LAYMEN KNOW THIS POSITION OF THE LAW,” the statement said.
Keyamo pointed out that up till today, Mr. Lawan is yet to produce the said money before the Police investigators, fuelling the speculation and suspicion that the money has been spent.

He noted that what ought to be a simple and straightforward matter has assumed an absurd dimension as the Police and the office of the Attorney-General of the Federation have traded blames back and forth as to what is actually happening.

Finally, Fedral Government Sacked Nigeria Imigration Boss over Recruitment Scandal.

The Comptroller General of Nigeria Immigration Service, Mrs. Rose Uzoma, has been retired from service.
Her retirement followed the recruitment scandal that rocked the Service in the last few weeks. The controversial recruitment, in which she was accused of favouring people from her region, had since been cancelled by the Minister of Interior, Mr. Abba Moro.
It was learnt today that a strong petition was forwarded to President Goodluck Jonathan from the supervising minister, part of the petition read :
"The most recent posting of Men and Officers of the Service in which due process was initially followed with all required parties involved, including the Minister of Internal Affairs Mr. Abba Moro has been reversed by the comptroller.
Three weeks after the resumptions/reporting to their new beats, the CG of Immigration unilaterally prepared an impromptu circular (without the knowledge of the Minister of Internal Affairs and other stakeholders) to remove some of the newly posted officers and replace them with her loyalists.
An example is the Festac Passport Office in Lagos where there was an open confrontation between the newly posted officer (on the actual posting) and another officer (from Mrs. Uzoma list) was created on Thursday 10th of January, 2013."

Today's "retirement" was saving grace, as Mrs. Uzoma was asked to resign which she did.
Moro had issued a statement saying the former NIS boss had been allowed to go on her terminal leave.

Tonto Dikeh: The Most ''Controversial Actress Of The Year 2012''

Tonto Dikeh is no new news in the world of controversy in the Nigerian Entertainment seen. A product of Next Movie Star, Tonto Dikeh since she hit the limelight few years ago has never seized to be at the centre of controversy. The outgoing year is no different.
Her controversial lifestyle became more glaring this year judging from most of her unbecoming exploits. After the noise generated by her new tattoo last year, Tonto continued with her ‘wild lifestyle’,stepping on people’s toes and damning her critics. Her newly released singles, Hi and Itz Ova, did not help matters even though the singles became two of the most listened and downloaded tracks, with over 500,000 views.
Dikeh, who joined the bandwagon of other actors who succumbed to the moonlighting itch to delve into music, was lampooned and criticised by her fans for the uninspiring singles. Yet, she was not deterred. While she was battling to find her feet in the music circle, her foes romantically linked her to the Kukere crooner, Iyanya who squealers said was seeing Ghanaian leggy actress, Yvonne Nelson. For Iyanya and Tonto Dikeh it was all about who has left who for who.
However, this whole saga began when Yvonne Nelson took to the internet to vent her feelings after Iyanya dumped her for Tonto Dikeh. The drama continued unabated until Tonto Dikeh replied Yvonne’s tweet and the two actresses took their rivalry to Blackberry messenger (BBM) where they threw ‘nasty’ insults at each other.
